Frequently asked questions
How do I book a speedboat transfer?
Choose your departure, destination, date and passengers, select a departure and pay online. Your QR tickets arrive by email straight away.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Show the QR code of each passenger on your phone when boarding. You can also print the tickets or save them as PDF.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can change the date yourself in Manage My Bookings, free of charge, until 48 hours before departure (subject to availability). Cancellations are not accepted.
